SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000
Position Type: Full-time | On-site

Position Overview:
An established and respected company in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their high-performing finance team. This role is ideal for a skilled accounting professional who is committed to accuracy, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact on financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets

• Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

• Assist with budget development, forecasting, and ongoing performance analysis

• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve complex billing or payment discrepancies

• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience (industry or public accounting)

• Strong working knowledge of GAAP

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP)
