SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: $80,000 + 5% Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core elements of the month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal standards

• Partner with finance and operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls

• Identify and implement process improvements and contribute to automation projects

• Provide mentorship and support to junior accounting staff as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience (experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups)

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
