SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: $80,000 + 5% Bonus
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid Flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead key components of the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

• Collaborate with finance and operations leadership to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting activities in alignment with GAAP and internal controls

• Support internal audits, year-end external audits, and other reporting or compliance requirements

• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives across the accounting function

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience (logistics, supply chain, or distribution preferred but not required)

• Solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.)

• Highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
