Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in both core accounting functions and financial analysis, with exposure to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant Role:

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to support strategic decision-making

• The Senior Accountant will manage general ledger activity and oversee daily and weekly job costing

• Maintain fixed asset records and assist in annual audit preparation

• The Senior Accountant will provide backup support for accounts receivable and accounts payable processes as needed

• Support forecasting, financial analysis, and quarterly/annual tax filings

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)

• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment

• Confident communicator comfortable working across all levels of the organization

• Collaborative team player with a growth-oriented mindset
