SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 + Bonus
Full-Time | On-site or Hybrid Option Available

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in financial operations and reporting, contributing directly to company growth and success.
Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, deferrals, cash transactions, and reclassifications

• Assist with budget vs. actual variance analysis

• Analyze general ledger accounts and maintain accurate financial reporting

• Maintain and reconcile fixed assets

• Support monthly pay applications and project billings

• Help implement and improve internal controls, financial policies, and procedures

• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives

• Provide documentation for internal and external audits

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)

• 3+ years of public accounting experience or 6+ years in GL accounting

• Experience in job costing or construction accounting is a strong plus

• Strong Excel and ERP system skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
