Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Blawnox, PA (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 remote)
Pay Rate: $26 – $30/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform full-cycle AP including 3-way matching, vendor setup, and 1099 compliance
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close and accruals related to AP
• Maintain documentation and support internal audits

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience in a corporate or multi-entity environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Concur, or similar ERP systems
