Key Responsibilities:

As a Staff Accountant, you will:

• Manage Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (excluding invoicing).

• Handle cash reconciliations and track payments.

• Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks Desktop (Pro/Enterprise).

• Support the team with spreadsheets and financial reports as needed.

• Assist with additional accounting tasks as your skills grow.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant who has:

• An Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience in AR/AP and general accounting functions.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop (Pro/Enterprise); basic Excel knowledge is helpful.
