Staff Accountant
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15226
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000

Responsibilities for Staff Accountant Role:

• The Staff Accountant will prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice reconciliation and payment processing

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• The Staff Accountant will maintain the general ledger and support month-end close and account reconciliations

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (construction industry experience preferred)

• Proficiency in accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
