Payroll Specialist
Location: Wexford, PA | Schedule: Full-time

About the Role:
Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and manage the end-to-end processing of multi-state, union/non-union, and Canadian payrolls for employees. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:

• Accurately process semi-monthly and weekly union/non-union payrolls across the U.S. and Canada using UKGPro

• The Payroll Specialist will verify payroll transactions, calculate pay, and review for compliance and accuracy

• Maintain accurate payroll records in accordance with applicable regulations

• The Payroll Specialist will conduct regular audits of payroll data and take corrective actions as needed

• Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries from U.S. and Canadian employees

• Work closely with HR, HRBPs, Benefits, and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations

• Process wage garnishments, levies, and other court-ordered deductions

• Ensure accurate reporting of W-2s, tax documents, and Canadian payroll reports

• Partner with UKG support to resolve payroll and tax-related issues

• Perform ACH payments and ensure timely submission of tax deposits

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of payroll experience covering both Canadian and U.S. multi-state payrolls

• Experience handling union and non-union payrolls

• Familiarity with outsourced payroll vendors; UKGPro experience is a plus
