Our client, a dynamic and growing Real Estate Development company, is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Lead, this position will play a key role in delivering timely and accurate internal and external financial reporting, supporting business analytics, and assisting with month-end close and review processes.

Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Prepare accurate and professional financial statements for property-level and external reporting

• Ensure compliance with contractual reporting obligations and address follow-up inquiries from partners and lenders

• Compile and analyze budget-to-actual reports; identify and explain key variances for internal stakeholders

• Assist with high-visibility, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from the Financial Reporting Lead and senior management

• Support the Accounting team during month-end close, including review and preparation of accounting data

• Contribute to process improvement by implementing best practices and effective reporting controls

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis

• Real estate experience preferred; strong interest in the industry required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
