Financial Controller
Salary: Up to $130,000 + Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Allowance

What You’ll Do:

Oversee monthly close processes, financial reporting, and audits
-
Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Lead and mentor accounting teams to drive performance and achieve goals

Manage tax filings (e.g., 990s, property tax) and balance sheet reconciliations
-
Improve processes and financial systems to increase operational efficiency

Act as a trusted financial partner to leadership and cross-functional teams
What You Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance + CPA certification
-
5+ years in finance and accounting, including leadership experience
-
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial systems
-
Preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance or prior experience with a national accounting firm
