Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Multiple Openings!
Location: Onsite in Goodlettsville | Fully Remote eligible after temporary to hire conversion (approx. 4mos)
Spanish and English preferred | Candidates residing in Nashville, TN and Surrounding areas only

We're currently hiring 6-8 Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support high-volume phone and client service operations. 100% Employer Paid Health Insurance (start date of this benefit to be determined by employer if the candidate is extended a permanent offer after CFS temporary period.)

No formal interview required - just a quick virtual meeting with the CFS Recruiter! Start date will be pending clear background check.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch customer service over the phone

• Handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and efficiency

• Attend interactive training via Teams with dedicated Team Leads

• Work onsite during training with your own fully equipped workstation

  • Training is 100% in office Mon-Fri 9:00 - 6:00
