Senior Accountant – Technology Industry
Location: Brentwood, TN (Onsite)
Compensation: Up to $95,000
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Position Overview:
A leading technology firm based in Nashville is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role will play a key part in managing the company’s monthly financial close processes and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting background and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and revenue recognition

• Analyze financial data to support accurate reporting and assist in variance analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and support system enhancements

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies

• Assist with audits, reporting packages, and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in month-end close processes

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP is preferred

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to a dynamic, tech-driven business environment
