IT & Office Systems Coordinator

Location: Lebanon, TN (100% On-Site)
Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000+ (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly, hands-on support for computers, phones, printers, and software
• Set up and configure laptops, tablets, and mobile devices for new team members
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and system access
• Keep track of IT equipment and software licenses
• Help maintain and update the company website and digital forms
• Support construction software platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Sage)
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with system upgrades or migrations
• Monitor backups and help ensure data security
• Contribute to internal projects, including a potential move from GSuite to Microsoft 365
• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks during downtime, including HR-related support and training software upkeep

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or office systems coordination
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and GSuite
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS/Android), tablets, and laptops
• Strong communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Willingness to work on-site and occasionally visit job sites
• Bonus: Experience with construction software or administrative support in an office setting
