We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and French-Canadian dialect. While most day-to-day work will be conducted in English, this role will support French-speaking customers as needed. Increased French interaction is expected as the company's consumer base expands in the coming months.

Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Checking and responding to emails in Outlook
- Answer phones; Speak with customers
- Take payments via phone/email
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Translating of documents for management
Candidate Qualities and Skills:
- 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
- Can speak English and French (Canadian dialect)
- Friendly
- Time Management
- Good Work Ethic / Attitude
- Team-Player
Details:
$19.00 - $21.00 hourly
Temp to Hire Opportunity
100% Onsite in Murfreesboro
Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday
