Our client, a growing and dynamic organization in Murfreesboro, is seeking a Controller. Laid-back, casual atmosphere with work/life balance. On-site role with flexible hours. The salary goes up to $120,000 depending on experience. Benefits include 401 (k) match, as well as health, dental, life, vision, and disability insurance. Permanent direct hire.
Overview of the Controller Role:
- Oversee the accounting department, including managing five direct reports.
- Perform accounting, including month-end close, budgets, financial reporting, etc.
- Oversee payroll, AP, and accounting staff.
- Working with external auditors
- Report to the Owner.
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Accounting experience from A-Z.
- Leadership experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Murfreesboro.
