Senior Accountant – Fast-Growing Property Management Company
Location: Onsite – Rutherford County
Compensation: Up to $100,000 base salary + performance bonus (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute month-end close processes for multiple locations
- Prepare and review journal entries, intercompany transactions, and financial reports
- Conduct variance analysis to ensure accuracy and support decision-making
- Review contracts for financial implications and compliance
- Collaborate across departments to streamline accounting operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Previous experience in property management or multi-entity environments is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and confident working both independently and collaboratively
