A well-established and expanding property management firm in Nashville is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to support its growing multi-property portfolio. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity offers a hybrid schedule after training and a salary up to $115,000.

• The Assistant Controller will lead the month-end close process, oversee property-level financial reporting, and ensure accuracy across multiple entities

• Oversee AP/AR functions, manage bank reconciliations, and support cash flow tracking for various properties

• Partner directly with property managers and regional leadership to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy

• The Assistant Controller will also assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required for the Assistant Controller role

• Property management industry experience is required—multi-entity or real estate accounting background strongly preferred

• Experience using Yardi or similar property accounting systems is a major plus for any Assistant Controller

• A flexible hybrid work schedule is available after training for the Assistant Controller
