Compensation: Up to $100,000

A growing healthcare organization in West Nashville is seeking a Controller to lead its financial operations. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare industry regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial planning.
- Supervise accounting staff and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct (preferred not required).
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, fixed assets and internal controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
