Financial Analyst – Healthcare Industry

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid Flexibility)
Compensation: Up to $90,000 annually, based on experience

We are working with a well-established and mission-driven healthcare organization in the Nashville area to identify a skilled Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in a highly visible role supporting strategic financial decision-making in a healthcare setting.

As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with operational leaders and finance executives to provide detailed analysis, budgeting support, and performance insights across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance and operational metrics for key service lines

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly variance analysis

• Create dashboards, KPIs, and reports for leadership decision-making

• Partner with accounting and clinical teams to ensure accuracy of data

• Support payer mix analysis, reimbursement trends, and cost containment efforts

• Assist with month-end reporting and ad hoc financial modeling projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 2–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools preferred

• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
