Staff Accountant- Hybrid to Start- Salary is up to $75,000 Base + Bonus- Work/Life Balance- Flexible Hours- Warm Culture with Great Benefits

My client, a growing and dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking a Staff Accountant. This position is at their corporate office and offers an outstanding work/life balance, a warm culture, and excellent benefits, including a 401k match. It is located near Nashville Airport and is hybrid to start. The salary is up to $75,000 base plus a discretional bonus. This is a permanent direct-hire position.

Overview of the Staff Accountant:

• The Staff Accountant will assist with the month-end closing process.
• Prepare routine journal entries and adjust entries for account discrepancies.

• Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts and promptly clear outstanding items.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax-related forms.
• Support outside auditors during annual audits by gathering required account information and supporting documentation.

Preferred Experience of the Staff Accountant:

• Two years or more of accounting experience.
• Ability to work hybrid close to the Nashville Airport
