Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close activities, including royalty accruals, revenue recognition, and account reconciliations

• Oversee accounts receivable tied to streaming, licensing, publishing, and touring revenue streams

• Perform financial analysis related to artist contracts, tour profitability, and licensing deals

• Support rights management and royalty audit processes across global income streams

• Participate in system upgrades, process automation, and finance transformation initiatives

• Assist with special projects involving new revenue models (NFTs, brand sponsorships, sync placements)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 4–7 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience

• Prior experience in the music, entertainment, or media industry highly preferred

• Familiarity with royalty systems (e.g., Vistex, Counterpoint) and ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
