My client, a thriving and dynamic manufacturer for 90 years, is expanding its team with a Senior FP&A Analyst due to growth. This position offers incredible benefits and a 401k match. It reports to an awesome Director who is a great mentor. The role is onsite in West Nashville, with remote days as needed. The salary is up to $95,000 plus a bonus. This is a highly visible role with a company on track to double its growth. This is a permanent direct hire.

Overview of the Sr. FP&A Analyst Role:

• The Sr. FP&A Analyst works alongside the CFO and Sr. Directors and collaborates with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis for five locations.
• Create financial models and forecasts and assess the financial health of operations by evaluating KPIs.
• Scrutinize and monitor manufacturing costs, pinpointing areas for optimization and efficiency enhancements.
• Collaborate with operations teams to comprehend cost drivers and implement effective cost control strategies.
• Contribute to developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts for manufacturing operations.
• Track and report on budget variances, offering insights and recommendations.
• Provide financial insights supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Generate regular financial reports.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Sr. FP&A Analyst:

• 3 years or more of FP&A experience
• Ability to create financial models
• Ability to work onsite in the West Nashville area
• Bachelor Degree
