Position: Staff Accountant
Location: West Nashville (Hybrid – 2 days from home after 90 days)
Salary: Up to $75,000 base + discretionary bonus

Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Manage accounts payable across multiple business entities

• Process customer payments and prepare daily deposits

• Maintain general ledger activity and assist with month-end close

• Calculate monthly commissions and ensure timely reporting

• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
