Bookkeeper
Location: Hybrid – Georgetown / North Austin, TX
Schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
Compensation: Up to $78K + bonus potential

What You’ll Do:

As the Lead Accountant / Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing valuable insights to leadership through timely reporting. Responsibilities include:

  • Transaction Management: Process daily financial transactions and ensure accurate journal entries.

  • Month-End Close & Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, management reports, and KPIs.

  • Reconciliations: Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.

  • Budget Support: Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor expenditures against forecasts.

  • Payroll Oversight: Review and ensure accurate payroll processing for approximately 25 employees.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end close and financial reporting

  • Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and ADP Payroll

  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team
