Financial Analyst
Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000/year
Schedule: Hybrid | Must be able to report to HQ in West Austin

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models that inform business decisions

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements

• Prepare and maintain weekly reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business performance

• Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for various departments and leadership needs

• Assist in monthly financial reviews and help prepare executive-level reports and presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with G Suite is a plus

• Skilled in financial modeling and large dataset analysis
