PAYROLL MANAGER
Location: North Austin, TX – Domain Area
Compensation: Up to $130K + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of biweekly and off-cycle payrolls

• Lead and mentor payroll team members, managing daily operations and priorities

• Ensure payroll system accuracy, including salaries, hours worked, paid leave, and accruals

• Handle payroll tax reporting and ensure timely issuance of W-2s

• Ensure correct tax treatment, accounting, and handling of deductions (e.g., benefits, charitable contributions, retirement plans)

• Support financial reporting needs and respond to audit and compliance requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll management, including team leadership

• Strong expertise with ADP systems

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation

• Proven experience handling multi-state and multi-payroll operations
