Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Accurately process a high volume of vendor invoices

• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues

• Review and audit invoices to ensure policy and compliance standards are met

• Manage email and phone correspondence related to AP

• Maintain spreadsheets and reporting tools using Excel

What You Bring to the Table as the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• An Accounting degree or 2+ years of accounts payable experience

• Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, sorting, etc.); Oracle experience a plus

• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting

• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
