Overview of the Data Entry Clerk role:
- Load digital contracts into ERP/CRM system
- Electronically scan and file documents
- Review and audit invoices
- Correspond with management and update on status of invoices entered into system
- Assist with specialist administrative task
Preferred Qualifications of the Data Entry Clerk:
- 2+ years of Data Entry or Administrative experience
- Solid MS Office knowledge
- Great verbal and written communication
- Work well in a team environment
- Organized, energetic, accurate and detail oriented
