Financial Analyst – FP&A | High-Growth, PE-Backed Company

We’re working with a rapidly expanding, private equity–backed company in Southeast Houston that’s in serious growth mode—three acquisitions already closed this year, with three more lined up. As they scale, they’re revamping their finance function and adding a new Financial Analyst to help drive smarter decisions and support strategic initiatives.

This isn’t a heads-down reporting role. If you’re someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment and loves digging into data to find the “why,” this is your kind of role.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Financial Analyst:

• Analyze financial data and uncover trends that matter

• Create dashboards, KPIs, and visuals that highlight performance and opportunities

• Support M&A activity and growth initiatives with data-driven insights

• Deliver presentations that translate numbers into business decisions

What You Bring to the Table as the Financial Analyst:

• Experience in FP&A or a Financial Analyst role

• Strong analytical chops and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Ability to link financials to big-picture strategy

• Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Power BI, or Power Query is a plus
