Human Resources Manager

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead human resources operations and serve as a key partner to leadership and staff. This role will oversee HR functions including employee relations, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and performance management, while ensuring alignment with company policies and culture.

What You’ll Do as the Human Resources Manager:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide guidance to employees and managers

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and engagement efforts

What We’re Looking for in the Human Resources Manager:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to build relationships and foster a positive work culture
