Our fast growing, international professional services client is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to manage state and local tax compliance, planning, and reporting across multiple U.S. entities.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Tax Accountant:

• Prepare ASC 740 provisions and reconcile tax accounts
• Coordinate federal, state, and local filings with external advisors
• Research tax laws and monitor changes
• Reconcile tax-related general ledger accounts
• Support M&A from a tax perspective
• Maintain the tax calendar and coordinate with internal teams
• Support various projects involving international, state, property, and transaction tax

Requirements of the Senior Tax Accountant:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Taxation from an accredited, in-person program
• 3+ years of hands-on tax experience with international and multi-state experience, preferably in public accounting and/or a multinational environment
• Strong Excel and ERP skills
• CPA or Master’s in Accounting/Tax is a plus, not a must.
