Staff Accountant

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of a dynamic nonprofit organization. This role will focus primarily on managing revenue processes, with additional responsibilities in reconciliation and oversight of accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

• Manage and process cash receipts and revenue activities, including ticket sales and other income (50% of role)
• Perform month-end reconciliations and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Review accounts payable and provide oversight to the part-time AP staff

Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:

• 1–2 years of accounting and general ledger experience
• Hands-on experience with accounts receivable

• Experience with Sage Intacct- PLUS++
• Background in nonprofit accounting- PLUS++
