What You’ll Be Doing as a Bookkeeper:

• Process bi-weekly payroll

• Answer payroll questions and train on timecard and PTO entries

• Ensure accuracy of all payroll tax reporting and compliance reporting

• Accounts payable invoice processing
  
  Accurately review and code invoices into bill pay application
  
  Set-up new vendors in Sage Intacct
  
  Assist with preparation and processing of annual 1099's

What We’re Looking For as a Bookkeeper:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable and Payroll experience

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)

• Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven

• Clear communicator and team player with a can-do attitude
