What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Enter invoices quickly and accurately into the system (200+ per week)
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Help with vendor setup and updating records
- Assist with tracking and organizing invoice data in Excel
- Support the AP team with other administrative tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring as the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 1+ year of data entry, accounting, or office experience
- Familiarity with invoice processing or willingness to learn
- Basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, simple formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and a team-player attitude
