About the Company:
This position involves both Accounting and Administrative work –seeking a true multitasker. Someone who is comfortable with doing the accounting, but then can transition to answering phones (customer service part of it), order office supplies if needed, be back up for different internal team members. This person will ultimately grow into a more accounting focused position

Main Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant
- Provide administrative support
- Answer the phones, greet clients, and keep maintenance of office
- Assist the Accounts Payable Process
- Work closely with business owner for multiple accounting functions (AP, AR, journal entries)
- Monitor bank statements
- Assist in month end close
