CFS Technology has been contacted by a longtime client that has a permanent need for a talented IT Manager.

Our client is a leading manufacturing organization, with a national footprint, located in Madison, WI. Job Responsibilities

As an IT Manager you will play an integral part within our client’s Information Technology Department. This will involve assisting in a variety of IT functions, including working with end users on a variety of needs, and special projects. Our client is looking for someone to come in and understand the current security landscape of the organization, where are the strong points, where are the weaknesses, and advising senior leadership on what is in need of most immediate attention.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Evaluate the current security landscape and make recommendations
• Implement new security tools
• Lead a team of approximately 12 individuals
• Oversee the overall infrastructure of the organization
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS Management or 10+ years in Enterprise Infrastructure Operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner to subordinates, peers, and management
• Be comfortable reviewing, evaluating, recommending, and implementing software and hardware
• Be available for escalations on an ongoing basis
