Senior Accountant – ERP Implementation Focus

Salary: $80,000–$95,000, Depending on Experience

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems and implementation projects

• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data mapping, migration, and formatting

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation Support

• Assist in the U.S. rollout of a new ERP system (currently in the design phase)

• Support data migration efforts, including system setup and validation

• Help build and refine templates to convert legacy data into ERP-compatible formats

• Serve as a liaison for local team coordination and troubleshooting during the transition
