Role Overview:

As a Bookkeeper, you will be integral to managing accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing Transactions: Accurately handle daily financial transactions and manage the posting process.
• Managing Accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice and payment processing.
• Generating Reports: Prepare detailed month-end and quarterly financial statements and reports.
• Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile and balance ledgers to maintain precise records.
• Budget Support: Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure they align with budgeted amounts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Bookkeeper with hands-on experience using Yardi.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Systems Proficiency: Skilled in Yardi and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
