Senior Accountant Consultant
Location: Seguin, Texas
We are seeking a Senior Accountant Consultant to jump right on in with our team, must have fixed assets experience, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records. If you have a strong understanding of GAAP, fixed asset accounting, and general ledger reconciliation, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
- 🔹 Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset ledger
🔹 Assist with month-end close
🔹 Prepare and maintain account reconciliations
🔹 Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
🔹 Support financial reporting
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency in asset management
🔹 Assist with external audits
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on fixed assets
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
Experience with ERP systems and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
