What You'll Be Doing:

As a Payroll Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting both the corporate and field operations by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processes.

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll runs
• Managing the payroll inbox and responding to employee inquiries
• Collaborating with field employees to ensure payroll accuracy
• Handling payroll tax setup and payouts
• Administering wage garnishments
• Setting up maintaining tax jurisdictions

Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Analyst:

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience
• Proficiency with ADP EV5 or Workforce Now
• Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
