Controller
Salary: $150 - 165K + 15% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Own all accounting operations including General Ledger, AR/AP, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management
- Manage and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare internal and external financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Establish financial best practices to support decision-making and long-term strategic planning
- Coordinate and support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with other departments to provide financial insights and support operational efficiency
- Select and implement appropriate financial software, tools, and automation
- Manage and mentor any future finance hires as the team grows
Qualifications:
- Accounting degree required.
- 5 + years of accounting experience, 2 + years in a controller / leadership role.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
