Controller
I am with an accounting search firm, and I am working with an organization in Arlington, VA looking to hire a Controller. This is with a stable organization, with a great team and addition, the role is hybrid!
Salary: up to $130K

Key Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Assisting the CFO in preparation of presentations to the board finance and audit committee.
- Functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administration
- Ensure the organization has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct clean audits.
- Systems integration - - experience with NetSuite a plus
Qualifications of the Controller:
- CPA
- Non-Profit Global Experience with IFRS
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
