AR Specialist

Responsibilities:

• AR Specialist will perform invoicing for customers (50+/week) and postage entities (approximately 10/week)
• AR Specialist will support as needed requests on Monday/Wednesday/Friday – will review, check rates, do invoices and journal entries in Sage Intacct
• After invoicing, AR Specialist will prepare some mail volume reports (will use accounting system and Excel)
• AR Specialist will assist colleagues with sending out statements to external clients
• AR Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested

Requirements:

• AR experience is a must for AR Specialist role (our client is willing to train on the GL tasks)
• Previous professional office experience
• Outlook experience – all emails will be internal, mainly communicating with client accounting
• Excel – basic formulas (VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables would be helpful but NOT required)
• Degree or working toward a degree is a plus
• Sage Intacct experience is a plus but NOT required
