Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Accounting Clerk will support payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month end closing
• Accounting Clerk will be supporting DoD contracts
• Accounting Clerk will be responsible for timesheets (data entry into Costpoint)
• Accounting Clerk will ensure successful payroll upload into ADP
• Accounting Clerk will assist with accounts payable (entering vouchers)
• Accounting Clerk will assist with administrative office work (filing and scanning)
• Accounting Clerk will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested

Requirements:

• US Citizenship required – role will be working with US Government related clients
• 3+ years accounting experience
• Comfortable utilizing MS Office Suite
• Previous ADP experience is a plus but NOT required
• Previous government contracting or Deltek Costpoint experience is a plus but NOT required
