Location: Bellevue, WA/Hybrid

Salary Range $52,000-$62,400 DOE

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play an integral role in supporting two high-performing recruiters and the broader talent acquisition process. You’ll ensure a seamless candidate experience and provide essential coordination across recruiting activities. Overview of the Recruiting Coordinator role:

• Partner closely with two recruiters to support full-cycle recruitment efforts
• Assist with posting job ads and managing sourcing pipelines
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling panel interviews and managing candidate communication
• Support the onboarding process and ensure compliance with hiring documentation
• Review resumes and assist with screening potential candidates
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Paycom ATS for sourcing and tracking candidates
• Maintain meticulous records and help drive an efficient and thoughtful hiring process

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR support function
• Strong sourcing experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity with clinical or healthcare roles is a strong plus
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring team experience
