Accountant
Location: Everett, WA
Job Description:
PNW based real estate/property management firm with locations in multiple western states and growing. Highly focused on delivering top quality customer service and putting their people first!
As an Accountant, you will function as a “mini-Controller” processing end-to-end intercompany transactions, foster relationships across the organization, and demonstrate strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports in accordance with GAAP
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including AP/AR, inventory, and fixed assets
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- 3 years related experience (property management/real estate ++)
- Proficient Excel skills
