Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Renton/Onsite
Salary: $52,000-$58,240 DOE

About the Role:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle AP processes and ensuring the timely and accurate handling of financial transactions. Your attention to detail and ability to problem-solve will be key in keeping the company’s financial records organized and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice matching, coding, and data entry

• Manage weekly check runs and vendor payments

• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues

• Organize and scan accounting documents to maintain accurate records

• Support backlog clean-up and assist with additional accounting projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

• Previous experience in accounts payable

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
