Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Lynnwood / On-site
Salary Range: $45,760 – $49,920

Overview of the Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator :

As a Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator, your day-to-day will include:

  • Processing and managing customer order entries accurately and efficiently.
  • Partnering closely with sales teams to support client needs and coordinate solutions.
  • Handling incoming phone inquiries and responding to customer requests.
  • Greeting and assisting walk-in customers with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Maintaining accurate data using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.
  • Acting as a go-to problem solver and resource across departments.

Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially basic Excel.
  • Attributes:
    • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities.
    • Comfortable working with diverse personalities and cross-functional teams.
