Job Title: Accounting Compliance Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000-$100,000

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Compliance Manager Role:
- Oversee compliance for government contracts, grants, and donor awards, ensuring alignment with federal and donor-specific regulations
- Manage audit preparation and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors for financial statements and Form 990
- Perform general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities
- Create internal and external financial reports and support SEFA schedules and Single Audits
Requirements for the Accounting Compliance Manager Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or audit background preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit or government-funded environment
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, and financial reporting tools
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Navision); strong analytical and organizational skills
